MODERN SLAVERY

IINTRA are a family run business and pride ourselves on this; trying our best to reflect our ethos within our core business practices, but most importantly the culture of our organisation and supply chain, we therefore fully subscribe to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We believe issues that form part of slavery are:

1. Human Trafficking

2. Forced work through mental or physical threat

3. Being owned or controlled by an employer through mental or physical abuse, or the threat thereof

4. Being dehumanised, treated as a commodity, or being bought or sold as property

5. Being physically constrained or to have restriction placed on freedom of movement.

IINTRA fully accepts its responsibilities in relation to helping to tackle modern day slavery and continues to commit to the legislation as set out in the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

IINTRA also understands that it is required to continually review both its practices, but also those of an associated organisation, which includes its labour force and supply chains.

IINTRA does not, and will not, enter into any form of association, business or otherwise, in the UK, or abroad, with any organisation which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude, or forced/compulsory labour.

No labour or goods have knowingly been suppled to IINTRA in the pursuance of the provisions of its own products by means of slavery or human trafficking.

IINTRA absolutely adheres to the minimum standards required in relation to its responsibilities under relevant employment legislation in the UK.
