PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Our Guarantee – Many hours of time, and much effort is spent making sure that the products that carry the IINTRA badge pass our rigorous testing and meet our unwavering standards. However, from time to time products, or parts within them, can unfortunately fail, thankfully this is very rare!
IINTRA will guarantee all tap bodies in line with their anticipated use, against design and mechanical defects for a period of 5 years from delivery date subject to valid proof of purchase and registration. These defects include: Product deformation, opening or burst joints, mechanical failure and leakage.
Where cases such as these arise, contribution towards a replacement tap will be provided, up to the value of the original purchase price, inline with the table below:

Please note: We will not be liable for any installation costs, removal costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way as per our terms & conditions.
Replacement tap will be provided inline with above but will be subject to a delivery charge.

IINTRA will guarantee all tap finishes for a period of 1 year from delivery date, subject to ongoing and appropriate aftercare. We will provide a replacement tap, up to the value of the original purchase price, subject to valid proof of purchase and registration.
Aftercare Guidance:
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or sponges.
Do not use any product that contain chlorine bleach, formic acid, acetic or hydrochloric acid.
Do not apply cleaning product directly to tap but instead apply the cleaning agent to a soft, lint-free cotton cloth first before application.
Remember, damage caused by improper handling or aftercare is not covered in the guarantee.

IINTRA will guarantee all provided hot and cold supply hoses for a period of 5 years from delivery date subject to valid proof of purchase and registration (when purchased as a complete tap set).
Defects that are covered are: Punctured or burst hoses and water leaks due to tap connector malfunction.
Where cases such as these arise, replacement hoses will be provided free of charge but are subject to a delivery charge.

IINTRA will guarantee all ancillary items produced by us for a period of 3 years from delivery date subject to valid proof of purchase and registration (when purchased as a complete tap set).
Ancillary items include: Replaceable aerators, o-rings, tap mounts, fixing kits and tap weights, it does not include spray heads.
Where failures arise, replacement parts will be provided free of charge but are subject to a delivery charge.

TAP CARTRIDGES (CERAMIC VALVES), SPRAY HEADS AND SPRAY HEAD HOSES
Due to the nature of these items, we cannot provide a guarantee for them. Tap cartridges have a reasonable lifespan dependent on use but more importantly the location of installation (hard/soft water areas). Spray heads and spray head hoses have a reasonable lifespan but this can be affected by factors such as the location of installation (hard/soft water areas), misuse/overuse, or use outside of residential use for which they were intended and improper installation (snagging of spray head hoses for example) to give a few examples. These items are subject to wear and tear that is outside of our control once installation has taken place.

CONDITIONS
In order to make a claim against our guarantee you must be able to provide the original proof of purchase. With taps you must also have registered them for the guarantee by completing the form on this page within 7 days of receiving the goods. Where claims are made, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence or even return the faulty product for inspection, particularly in the cases of tap body and tap finish failures. The cost for providing evidence or returning product is your responsibility and is not be covered by IINTRA. We aim to process any claim made under our guarantee within 2 working days subject to receiving required supporting evidence. If it is discovered that a claim is not valid, we will communicate this to you in writing, giving our reasons – this does not affect your statutory rights. Where claims are successful, replacement product will be provided, however a delivery charge will be applicable. For more information about your right, please take a look at the Consumer Rights Act – 2015.

In order to benefit from our product guarantees, please register you purchase WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt by completing the short registration form.
Please note: No alterations to this registration are permitted once submitted. Guarantees are not transferrable. By completing this form, you are giving permission for the data entered to be held by IINTRA for a period of 5 years for the purposes of fulfilling the guarantee. After this period all personal details will be removed.
