It is for this reason that we have entrusted the deliveries of our largest product to Parcelforce, a widely recognised delivery partner who are part of the Royal Mail family. with our medium sized product deliveries and smaller, accessory only orders, being delivered by Royal Mail themselves.
WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
All orders containing kitchen taps that are over £75.00 in value benefit from our standard, Zone 1, free of charge, next working day delivery.
If your tap order value falls below £75.00, or if you live further afield, then a subsidised charge will be applied.
All accessory only orders, regardless of delivery zones, will be charged at £3.00 and will be shipped on a next working day service.
If you require a named day delivery, offshore delivery or an overseas delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to facilitate your requirements.

DELIVERY - HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO DELIVER?
Typically, orders placed on “stocked” product before 2pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday , on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will typically be delivered within 2 working days.
Example 1: Orders placed at 1pm on a Wednesday will typically be delivered to you by close of play on Thursday.
Example 2: Orders placed on a Saturday will typically be delivered to you by close of play on the following Tuesday.
Example 3: Orders placed on a Sunday, before a Bank Holiday Monday, will typically be delivered to you by close of play on the following Wednesday.
Orders placed on “available on back order” product will be dispatched on a next working day delivery as soon as product is checked into stock. For more information about “available on back order” product please Contact Us.
Please Note: Orders placed for zones, 2, 3 & 4 delivery can, from time to time, take longer than anticipated to arrive. In all cases you will be updated as to the status of your delivery by the respective carrier.
I'VE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN A DELIVERY WILL BE MADE?
As we use both ParcelForce and Royal Mail for our deliveries, notifications and tracking are slightly different. In both cases you will receive text message updates, providing you’ve supplied us with you mobile telephone number, and you’ll also receive a tracking link via email.
PARCELFORCE DELIVERIES
On the morning of your delivery day, providing you have supplied us with your mobile telephone number, you will receive a “start of day” SMS notification from Parcelforce which looks like this:

The day before your delivery is due you will receive an SMS notification, providing you have supplied us with your mobile telephone number, from Royal Mail stating that they have your delivery:
