HOW DOES THE GUARANTEE WORK?
If you find the same product cheaper within 7 days of placing your order and a competitor has the product in stock, we will refund you the difference!*
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1] Claims must be submitted in writing using the price match request form on this page.
2] All fields within the form must be completed in full.
3] The competitor’s product must be the same size, weight, design, be of the same construction and material, finished to a comparable standard and be in stock.
4] The competitor’s price must include a free next working day delivery.
5] The competitor must be both a UK based and UK registered organisation.
6] Proof of all of the above will be required to validate the price match claim.
After receiving the claim, we will, within 5 working days, investigate the claim; should a refund be due, this will be within 10 working days from the price match being validated.
