TERMS & CONDITIONS DEFINITIONS

[Condition] means the standard terms and conditions of sale as set out below and any special terms and conditions imposed by us, in writing.

[Contract] means any contract for goods made between ourselves and you the purchaser.

[Goods] means the products or services that we shall supply in accordance to these Conditions.

[You] means the customer who is purchasing the goods from us.

PRICING, OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional quality at the very best price. We work hard to make sure that the information within our website is accurate at all times, however, from time-to-time it may be necessary for us to update information, amend errors or increase prices due to economic factors outside of our control regardless of the status of an order. In the unlikely event that we need to do this, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies at any time. 

We would also advise that every time you visit our website that you refresh your browser to ensure that you are viewing the most up to date information as it is entirely possible that your computer’s memory may contain information from a previous visit.

Any price changes, for whatever the reason, will be communicated with you, and agreed upon, prior to accepting your order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

During promotional periods we may run additional offers, implement or advertise voucher promotions or discounts. In all cases these cannot be used in conjunction with one another. This also includes any regular trade discounts or pricing arrangements for repeat purchases.

Please note, if prior to IINTRA accepting your order, it is discovered that a discount has been applied is not valid, is out of date or you are not entitled to such as promotion or do not meet the terms and conditions associated with an offer, we reserve the right to reject your order.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw an offer, discount, promotion or voucher at any time without notice.

Please note, delivery timetables are “best estimates” and may be subject to change due to factors outside of our control such as the weather or vehicle malfunction.

Typically all of our deliveries are handled by our chosen delivery partner, Parcelforce. Once a package is collected from us, the responsibility for delivery passes to the delivery partner. We are unfortunately unable to give special delivery instructions to drivers, nor are we responsible for any delays the delivery partner experience.

When you receive your order, YOU MUST, inspect the product(s) immediately and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours. Please do this using our online form which can be found here and we will organise a replacement to be delivered to you by return.

When you sign for your products, responsibility for them passes on to you and therefore any risk, damage or loss is assumed by you. We will not be held responsible for product that are received and unpacked by any other party other than the purchaser themselves, so please ensure that this person is present at the time of delivery.

DO NOT fit any visibly damaged products as we will be unable to replace or refund these items once they have been installed. All damaged good must be repacked within their original packaging, along with all accessories and fittings and be returned to IINTRA.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss of damage incurred due to errors made by the purchaser during checkout, for example entering incorrect delivery address details.

If for any reason you fail to accept a delivery on the agreed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge for any subsequent deliveries.

IT IS IMPERATIVE that you receive and fully inspect your goods prior to booking any kind of Tradesperson as we will not be liable for any installation costs, removal costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

As previously mentioned, delivery timescales are given in good faith, but are only estimates so therefore cannot be taken as precise or exact information.

We will not be liable, in any way, for any Tradesperson costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

“Out Of Stock” or “Coming Soon” availability is only an estimated timescale. These are anticipated timescales based upon a number of factors which are outside of our control and are therefore subject to change. We will confirm with you when an item is “In Stock” accordingly and at this point a delivery can be arranged.

Where orders are placed over a weekend or during a public/bank holiday, please be aware that the order date will be accepted as the next available working day for the purposes of calculating delivery.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel your order either before dispatch or within 30 days under our 30 day money back guarantee. To find our more information on how to do this please visit www.iintra.co.uk/returns-policy. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted items in accordance with our Returns Policy.

After the 30 days have lapsed from the date of delivery, you will no longer be able to cancel the Contract. We still may offer you a credit note for any goods that are unwanted or unused, but they must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale – this would only be applied as a good will gesture.

It is important to note, that in accordance with our Returns Policy, all returned good must be unused and uninstalled, in their original packaging and include all fittings and accessories. We will not be responsible for any return costs for unwanted items.

GENERAL TERMS

All orders placed, either via our website, over the telephone or by email are subject to IINTRA accepting the order; it is at this point that a contract is formed between both parties and goods are made available for dispatch. The title and ownership of the goods will pass to the customer upon delivery. The point of accepting the order is considered to be when products have been picked and packed ready for distribution.

All pictures, videos, line drawings, diagrams or any other information given on our website, or via email, are given as the best representation of the original items that we have, but are for guidance/illustration purposes only. Please note that due to browser software and monitor display limitations, the colour of goods may differ slightly from those shown on our website.

On very rare occasions the manufacturer may make very small changes to the design of the product. As a result the item that you receive, may, have very small difference to that of the images on our website.

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. Every effort is made to ensure that where items are displayed in stock that this information is factually correct, however, we offer no guarantee of availability and the electronic publication of this information does not constitute an offer of sale.

All prices on our website are displayed including VAT at 20%.

This Contract and their conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any notice required or permitted are to be given by either party to the other under the Conditions, shall be in writing and addressed to the other party, be delivered to the address provided at the time of order confirmation or any subsequent address which one party communicates to the other in writing, from time-to-time.

The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
