What are ceramic cartridges, aerators and tap connectors?

Ceramic Cartridges are valves which are operated by the tap handle. The allow hot, or cold or a mixture of both to flow through the tap – find out more about tap valves.

Aerators, also known as flow regulators, are small devices that are designed to save water by controlling the level of water flowing through the tap, without affecting the actual water pressure – find out more about aerators.

Tap connectors are stainless steel braided hoses, These hoses connect to the bottom of your tap and back to the hot and cold water feed.
